1. Terms of Payment
1.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Brink unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At the moment that the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
1.2 The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on our website. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
1.3 All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
1.4 Payment can only be by made by credit/debit card and the credit/ debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.(if order placed by phone)
1.5 When purchase is completed, goods will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours. Good will be dispatched directly to the address given upon order placement. It is advised that the given address is the residential address of the purchaser. Brink will not accept any liability for items lost after delivery.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, an alternative premium* product will be offered in its place.

3.2 Delivery will be fulfilled by our courier/service provider. Times of delivery are not within the control of Brink Towing Systems Ltd. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
3.3 Claims for orders damaged in transit shall be notified to us within three working days of delivery.
4. Returns of items
4.1 We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return the order; you may cancel the contract for its purchase by contacting us within seven working days of delivery of the item to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging to Brink Towing Systems Ltd. Unit 7 Centrovell Industrial Estate, Caldwell Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 4NG. A copy of your original invoice/order is required for processing.
4.2 Return of an order is required to be in accordance the return procedure as detailed on our website.
4.3 You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error. The item should be returned to us in its original condition. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
4.4 If any item is returned not in its original condition , including unopened packaging ,we reserve the right to impose a handling charge which will be deducted from the refund payment.
4.5 When we receive notice of cancellation of your contract for any item, we will refund the price paid by you for that item or at your request if the item is defective we will repair the item or supply you with a replacement item. We will not refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you unless you are returning the entire order..
5. Cancellation and changes prior to delivery
You can cancel or change any of your current orders prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Failure to cancel your order before dispatch will result in the customer being liable for return postage costs.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 Notwithstanding anything herein contained we are not to be held liable for any delay or failure to carry out the order through circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Especially, but not exclusively, in the case of tow bar fitting services that have been booked through the independent fitting network used by Brink Towing Systems Ltd. and circumstances beyond our control include but are not limited to software errors provided by third parties, delayed or faulty deliveries by third party suppliers or courier companies, or uninspected deliveries by the fitting centre/agent leading to a delayed or postponed fitting. will not be able tBrink Towing Systems Ltd do accept liability or responsibility for personal time and money lost due to reasons beyond our control and requests for compensation of this nature cannot be approved.
6.3 In the case of any concerns with the towbar fitting carried out on a vehicle booked through the independent fitting agent/center, the customer needs to, in the first instance, contact the installer who will endeavor to resolve any issues with the support of the Brink Technical Support Team. Brink Towing Systems Ltd. are unable to accept any liability or responsibility for claims submitted without prior authorisation by Brink.
Brink Towing Systems Ltd. does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Data collected by this site is used to:
1.Take and fulfil customer orders.
2.Administer and enhance the site and service.
3.Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.
All our products are guaranteed for manufacturing defects for 3 years from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
9. Bumper Cuts
Not every car has enough room to install a tow bar without altering the bumper. These cars require a bumper cut-out if you want to install a tow bar. A bumper cut-out can be both visible and invisible. Brink uses the following norm for invisible bumper cut-outs: “An invisible bumper cut-out means that the cut-out is not visible from a distance of three metres behind the car at a height of 185 centimetres.” In the event that your car requires a visible/non visible bumper cut, Brink will not cover the cost or be liable to any claims resulting from bumper cuts, under any circumstance.
